Viewing
Call us to arrange a free, no obligation, viewing
of our quality, serviced apartments. We can arrange a courtesy car
from local train and coach stations, Southampton airport and other
locations within 15 mile radius.

2, 3 and 4 star accommodation available at very competitive rates.
Reservations and booking
Reservations can be made by post, phone or e-mail
and for your convenience we operate a 24 hr answering service.

Booking Conditions
1. A booking fee of £100 will be required and
returned on arrival.
2. Rent is payable every 28 nights in advance or in
full if the stay is less than 28 nights.
3. In addition we require a security deposit which
will be returned 7 working days after departure, providing
there are no deductions or claims against it.
4. We require two weeks notice in writing unless departure
date has been predetermined.
5. For cancellations we require 2 weeks notice otherwise
there will be a charge equivalent to one weeks rental.
6. Two weeks notice to vacate is required, should we
be able to sell the accommodation you will be credited and
only a small administration fee charged.
7. On day of arrival booking in time is 2p.m. unless
we have been advised of late arrival the booking will be kept
available until 4p.m.
All major credit cards, travellers
cheques and euros accepted.
