1. How close are the Health Accommodations to the hospital?
Our Health Accommodations are perfect for visiting consultants, those undergoing treatment or those who wish to recuperate in complete comfort and avoid long journeys for frequent or daily check-ups. These apartments are all located in the most convenient of locations;

2. What are the transport links in Southampton like?
Southampton is a modern hub for businesses and has excellent transport links. Our apartments are all ideally located with bus stops nearly on site, as you can see here.
- Coach Station 11 minutes away
- Railway Station 11 minutes away – Express trains to and from London
- Southampton Airport 24 minutes away – The regional airport is emerging as a leading hub, with increasing international and domestic flights. We are happy to arrange car hire pick up from the airport.
3. Will my apartment have a view?
All our apartments are luxurious. This means they all boast balconies and views of spectacular Southampton Marina, view our gallery to see more.
4. How many bedrooms do the apartments have?
We have one, two and three bedroom options for you to choose from. All of our one bedroom apartments have one bathroom. All two and three bedroom apartments have a master suite with a dressing area and an en suite shower room, separate from the bathroom.

A serviced apartment is an accommodation solution ideal for those looking for an extended stay. They allow you the freedom to live in an apartment as if it were your own home and avoid impersonal and impractical hotels. 6. How Long Can I Stay?
Here at Prestige Apartments Southampton, we are happy to accommodate our clients for as long as they require. There is no official limit to how long you can stay with us, but never hesitate to get in touch before you book.
7. What Do I Need To Bring For My Stay At A Prestige Apartment?
This is a common concern for those staying in a Prestige Apartment Southampton for the first time. Rest assured, our apartments truly do provide a home away from home experience. They are fully equipped with everything from towels and hair dryers to rice cookers!
The kitchens come stocked with cooking equipment for you to prepare your meals and relax in. The apartments have cookers microwaves, dishwashers, washer/dryers, glasses, all cooking utensils, crockery etc. There is plenty for a dinner party and luxuriously furnished as shown on our website. We also guarantee that the pictures on the website are taken by us and are an actual representation of the deluxe apartment that will greet you.
As our properties are the very best in executive serviced apartments, we have also carefully select properties on the Ocean Village complex that have amenities on-site; including two metro supermarkets, an ATM, two cinemas and plenty of eateries and restaurants to choose from.
8. Are Pets Allowed?
Unfortunately, we do not accept pets in our apartments. We do find that as our clients tend to be visiting businessmen, consultants those in the midst of relocating, we do not need to accept pets. This also ensures every property is maintained to the highest possible standards.

9. Are Children Allowed?
Of course. Our larger, three bedroom apartments are perfect for those relocating in the area. Avoid the impersonal space of a hotel room and keep your family life ticking over in comfort and convenience in one of our apartments.
10. When Can I Book?
We recommend you book your chosen apartment as soon as possible. We are the premier short-term let company in Southampton, which is very popular for visiting businesses and conferences. This also gives us the best chance to meet any of your special requirements.
If you do need to book a last-minute apartment, we can help, too. However, every property is subject to availability.
11. Can I View The Apartments?
Of course! You can arrange a free, no obligation viewing of our deluxe apartments. We understand that if you’re booking on behalf of your company, or just for yourself, you want to confirm the properties will meet your needs. 12. Is There A Cancellation Policy?
Yes. We do require 28 days notice of any cancellations. The full policy is available to view on in our booking terms and conditions.
13. How Do I Manage My Booking?
If you are booking on behalf of your company or just for a private hire, any alteration should be discussed with a member of our team as soon as you are made aware of them. This gives us the best opportunity to accommodate any of your requests.
